For supply houses & distributors

Find projects.
Find the right contractors.
Sell the wet side.

CorridorIQ uses permit records published by participating jurisdictions, filters them for plumbing and wet-side relevance, and gives your counter and outside sales teams a short list of accounts that passed the checks — with the permit context, the trade, and contact details when they're verified.

The supplier workspace

Everything a sales team needs to turn project activity into orders.

Built for plumbing and wet-side supply first, with trade relevance checked on every project so your reps spend time on accounts that buy what you sell. Suppliers pay for intelligence; contractors join free — and procurement connects the two.

Checked

Trade-checked accounts

A trust-checked list of accounts to act on today. If nothing passes the checks, the list is empty — never padded.

Geographic

Opportunity map

Phoenix-metro projects colored by trade, with today's accounts highlighted. Only source-published locations are placed.

Projects

Opportunity feed

Projects ranked by priority with stage, trade, estimated material value, and the contractor when the record identifies one.

Contacts

Verified contacts

Contact details are presented as usable only once verified for that exact company. Unverified details are labeled as such.

Context

Permit context

Every account explains the permit activity that created the opening — so the first call starts with something relevant.

Accounts & CRM

Assign accounts, log calls, schedule follow-ups, and track each relationship from first contact to won.

How it works

A routine your reps will actually use.

  1. Published records

CorridorIQ uses permit records published by participating jurisdictions. When a source falls behind, its recommendations are flagged or held back.

  2. Accounts are qualified

Projects are checked for trade relevance and linked to the contractor's business identity where the record supports it.

  3. Reps call with context

Each account shows the permit context, what to verify, and the contact when it's verified — and calls are logged in the built-in CRM.

Market intelligence today. A digital channel into contractor demand next. Contractor procurement is in early access. As it rolls out, contractors will be able to send material requests to the supplier they choose. Receiving requests is a separate choice from your intelligence subscription — you decide whether your branch participates.
Contractor data stays with the contractor. Your branch sees a material request only when a contractor sends it to you. Contractors' private jobs, photos, customers, material lists, searches, and activity are not part of any supplier product — including if your branch someday sponsors a contractor's Contractor Pro seat.
Coverage. CorridorIQ monitors available permit records across Phoenix-metro jurisdictions. Coverage, contractor detail, and freshness vary by jurisdiction and source — we'll review what's available for your territory in a walkthrough. Jurisdictions without a usable permit source are marked pending, never estimated.
